X Factor 2011 contestant Janet Devlin is ready to hit the studio and begin recording what will be her debut album, however she is her legion of fans to make a small donation in order to help her complete the album.
Janet got her first big break on the X Factor, when she wowed judges Gary Barlow, Kelly Rowland, Tulisa Contostavlos and Louis Walsh with her softly sung version of Elton John’s Your Song, and it wasn’t until 8 weeks into the live performances on the popular UK singing competition that she was voted out, has not let the setback stifle her ambitions.
Since leaving the show her passion for what she does has driven her on and she has a backlog of songs ready to be recorded despite not yet being signed. Earlier today she tweeted a link to the donation website with the message: “Be a part of making my album a reality! You’re my record label!!!”
Fans can pledge any amount of money at www.pledgemusic.com/artists/janetdevlin, however in return for their kindness Janet is offering a whole host of exclusive rewards for believing in her and helping her raise the money to complete her album.

These songs are planned for inclusion on her debut EP/Album.
