The Bayonets' new album 'coming soon this summer'

Smash hit indie band The Bayonets are making the final preparations ahead of the release of their upcoming album, with new music promised to be ‘coming soon this summer’ and their eagerly anticipated first single coming ‘even sooner’!

The band, consisting of Brian Ray, Oliver Leiber and Lucrecia Lopez Sanz, had a whirlwind 2013 releasing five singles across the course of the year. Fans went wild for the new music, and after an overwhelming response the band decided to record a full album, the release of which is nearly upon us.

Taking to Twitter, lead singer Brian said: “NEW album from The @Bayonets is coming soon this summer~ First single, even sooner! @oliverleiber @LucreLopezSanz #crashboombang”. He also treated and teased fans in equal measure by posting lyrics from the forthcoming release: “”She don’t go slow, she’s so ‘go, go, go’ and if you try to hold her down she goes, no, no, no” #crashboombang @bayonets #ow!”

And if that wasn’t good enough, it would seem a brand new music video is in the works. Lucricia has travelled up to LA from her home country of Argentina to help put together the shoot. Brian added several photos online along with the message: “At @gibson90210 with @LucreLopezSanz today readying @bayonets video shoot Sunday in LA'”
