The Bayonets break radio silence

The Bayonets' break radio silenceAfter months of radio silence from smash hit indie band The Bayonets, they took to social media website Facebook to drop a huge hint that they were finally ready to fire the engines back up and take the world by storm..again!

After having an incredibly successful couple of years recording, releasing and promoting fresh, exciting new music, The Bayonets rounded things off with several live shows at the very start of the year.

Since then the band, made up of Brian Ray on guitar and vocals, Oliver Leiber on drums and Lucrecia Lopez Sanz on guitar and vocals, took some well earned and much deserved time to themselves. However the following message was suddenly posted on The Bayonet’s official Facebook page:

g’morning ladies and gentlemen, friends, fans and fannies! New news from The Bayonets coming soon! Bx

What ‘new news’ actually entails is unclear at this early stage, however this little titbit should be enough to stoke the fans’ fires and get the spark of excitement cooking once more!

The Bayonets released their debut album Crash Boom Bang! last year, featuring many of their hit singles Sucker For LoveSmartphone and Vagabond Soul with backing vocals from non other than Aerosmith’s Steven Tyler.
